It markets, produces, and distributes its products to customers and consumers through licensed territories in 46 states in the United States, the District of Columbia, the United States Virgin Islands and certain other Caribbean islands, and the 10 provinces of Canada (collectively referred to as North America). It is also the sole licensed bottler for products of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) in Belgium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco, and the Netherlands (collectively referred to as Europe). In October 2010, The Coca-Cola Company acquired the North American operations of the Company and the sale of The Coca-Cola Company’s Norway and Sweden bottling operations to the Company.

During the year ended December 31, 2009, its operations in North America contributed 70 % of its total net operating revenues. Its bottling territories in Europe consist of Belgium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco, and the Netherlands. During 2009, its operations in Europe contributed 30 % of its total net operating revenues.

The brands of the Company in North America include Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dasani and Dr Pepper. The brands of the Company in Europe consist of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke/Coca-Cola light, Coca-Cola Zero, Fanta and Capri-Sun. The products of the Company are available in a variety of different package types and sizes (single-serve, multi-serve, and multi-pack) including, but not limited to, aluminum and steel cans, glass, aluminum and PET (plastic) bottles, pouches, and bag-in-box for fountain use.
