MUC mini-clinics utilize professional medical professionals as on-site care providers to complement its network of municipal care centers and primary care providers. MUC medical clinics are located in major metropolitan cities and provide treatment and preventative counseling in cooperation with these municipalities. MUC care is both safe and efficient allowing us to conform to clinical practice guidelines and compliance requirements of the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services. My Care Clinic, Inc. (MCC) offers free standing clinics designed to off-load hospital emergency room care in strategic alliance with local, regional, and network hospital systems. Rx Fulfillment Services, Inc. (RxFS) provides pharmacy services through mail order, home/office delivery and central fill facilities based upon relationships with minority organizations, physicians and affinity groups. RxFS provides remote location prescription fulfillment and home delivery to patients and organizations. In addition, using the Internet, RxFS also offers its contract services to telemedicine providers that offer their physician services utilizing telemedicine protocols to electronically provide live, face-to-face physician-patient relationships. Intrepid Holdings is a leading provider of pharmacy, clinic, and related healthcare services to the urban marketplace. Rx Fulfillment Services, Inc.

Rx Fulfillment Services, Inc. (RxFS) provides mail order prescription services, central fill prescription services, and pharmacy benefit management services.
