The company has conducted extensive exploration throughout the area, including an exploratory drill program in early 2003 which was successful in intersecting kimberlite in nine holes out of 11 at Mud Lake.
The company has executed an option agreement with Poplar Resources Ltd. with respect to Poplar’s Nottaway project which comprises approximately 340 mineral claims (38,800 acres). The Nottaway Property is located in the James Bay Lowlands, immediately south of James Bay and approximately 120 kilometers north northwest from Matagami in the province of Quebec. The claims are on the Superior Craton close to the Ontario border.

disposition of those reserves.
