During the year ended December 31, 2009, The WebMD Health Network had an average of approximately 61 million users per month and generated approximately six billion aggregate page views, and WebMD-owned sites accounted for approximately 95% of the users and approximately 98% of the page views. In October 2009, WebMD Health Corp. announced the completion of its merger with HLTH Corporation.
